The Short Sale process of my house went smoothly because of Brian Ruhl and his professional and outstanding team. I'm not one to normally do reviews but these guys really made my process go so smooth I have to say something! All the headaches and nightmares I hear about selling houses, I'm happy to say I had NONE!
