She educated me on the process of buying a home and also discussed purchasing a Home Warranty which has saved me thousands over the years. Brianna Bowman was very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process and extremely lazy!!! She never explained anything in the paperwork she would send over and then when asked either would not have an answer or would basically tell me to figure it out myself.
