I would not waste my time booking her. Scheduled an appointment with her because my usual doctor was overbooked. She refused to see me when I got to the office because I was late for my appointment -5 minutes past the grace period due to heavy traffic. Despite the notes stating my appointment is due to a medical emergency. Luckily I was able book with my doctor due to a spot opening up, but this is by far is the worst experience I have had with any doctor. I’ve been going to Dr. Ruhl for about 4 years due to my Alopecia Areata and I can honestly say she’s truly helped me get back to my old self! She’s always patient, she’s informative and she goes above and beyond for her patients! So I’m grateful to have found a doctor I can trust! Also her staff are amazing! From the Medical Assistant Christine to Sondra at the front desk who always have a smile on their faces! Would refer her to anyone!

If I could give this doctor's office negative stars I would! Went in this morning for rash on my eyelid. Upon entering, receptionists were rude and unwelcoming. When I saw the doctor she did not even examine my face, simply wrote a script for an ointment. When trying to fill at my pharmacy they informed me the cost would be almost $300 with my insurance and that no generic was made. I called the doctor back and they were unaware that no generic was made because that was their first answer to tell me. She told me I need to go... read more
