Four months after closing with ***** Homes/****, I am still awaiting the proper installation of our fence and generator. The urgency of installing the fence is amplified by the presence of a pool in our backyard; currently, we only have a temporary construction fence in place. Design team (5 out of 5) - We went through 4 superintendents and still have foundation issues and they can't fix them. Now 2 years later and I am still trying to get all the Warranty done. They have done a large chunk of it. I had to file a complaint with ********* and then it went to the BBB. Do not build with Ruhl Construction.

I don’t know who Mark F is but sounds like he’s an employee trying to give a positive review. Our experience with this worthless company has been nothing short of a disaster. Imagine buying an expensive, exotic car but only getting 3 wheels instead of the 4 it’s supposed to have. And when you complain about it they make you feel like you’re the problem. DO NOT SIGN OFF UNTIL... All the work is done and you've verified the work was completed to your satisfaction. Their designs are great (5 of 5 stars) but their follow up is awful (their employees even agree that the communication from their office leaves a lot to be desired-1 of 5 stars.) They will push you to sign and will promise to complete the work but, in our experience, over a year later we're still chasing them around to have things fixed. Building our home at Ruhl Construction was the most enjoyable custom home building process. Initially we thought of it as an exciting process but could see how it would be a headache. The communication we had with their team was exactly what you want while building your home. The use of their mobile app helped a ton!
