Rugs Rolls & More did a fabulous job carpeting our stairs, both the garage entrance and the basement exit. Keith is a very friendly and personable person. He did a very good job, was clean, neat and professional. Very happy with the whole experience.

First and foremost, GREAT customer service! AND the quality of the workmanship excelled as well! Our job was fairly small (replaced the tile floor in small bathroom, replaced one tile in kitchen floor and some caulking in kitchen) and I cannot tell you how pleased we were. The installer (Robert) was extremely easy to communicate with and was very detail oriented which we really appreciated. Believe it or not you cannot even see which tile was replaced in the kitchen!!! The installer Dave was excellent! He came on time and finished the job when he said he would. He did an awesome job of installing vinyl plank flooring down a hallway that had 5 doorways.However, my issue is that Claire severely overestimated the amount of flooring needed and she does not take any returns. We had 3 full boxes (approximately 60 sq. ft.) left. This was over $200 worth of flooring. I think she should have been more accurate in her measurements.
