Beyond having an incredible variety of options—trust me, you will find something in your price range and that fits your taste—the customer service is phenomenal. Tony personally worked with me to find the perfect rug for my small apartment. Then it got shipped in no time half way across the country (StL to Boston). I barely lifted a finger. Wonderful experience purchasing an area rug from Rugs by Saga. Abby and Kevin looked at pictures of our room and helped us select several possible rugs in our price range. Then they brought them all to our house so we could see the rugs in our room. We love our final selection! After a bad experience ordering a heavy machine made rug online (that could not be returned due to high shipping costs) we can attest to the quality and value differences of hand tied rugs and local vendors!
Great product. Great price. We bought three area rugs there about 10 years ago. They helped us color coordinate the rugs to fit the color scheme in our house. They look great. Rugs look still look brand spanking new. Will probably last 100 years. No joke.
