I've bought 7 area rugs and a piece of art and am very happy with the products and service, both in the store and delivery. I would recommend this business to anyone interested in purchasing a rug. Working with Holly and Hillary was a great experience.
I brought a rug for cleaning and purchased a liner for it. Everyone was very helpful and nice. However, the liner was too big---don't know why it wasn't measured correctly---but fortunately, it was thin enough so I could have someone in my home cut it.
I spent a fortune on a rug. It has lines in it which they try to tell me it's supposed to be like that. It's an absolute disgrace. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't refund my money just a 25% restocking fee and store credit so no alternative but to accept it.
Great place to shop for rugs. Taking the rugs home to try them out before purchasing...a wonderful idea! Andy and the entire team provided us with outstanding service.
Great place to shop. Everyone is very helpful and can answer all your questions about buying a rug. You can even take one home and see how it looks and fits in your home, before buying.
