I ordered a rug in July and have not heard a word from the store or my salesman since I placed the order. I called today because I am five days short of four months waiting for this rug and was told it will be December before it arrives. No one seems to care that it’s taking this long and did not bother to let me know the progress or what was going on. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in the way this store does business
