Very professional. Made my son feel very comfortable during the examination.
Let's just say this, Dr. Ruggless pulled my tooth out on his lunch. He works thru his lunch to lake sure his patients are being taken care of. I was in pain having an AWFUL toothache and the receptionist had a talk with Dr. Ruggless and he pulled it out in no time. I'm pain free. He's awesome, and his staff are too!
Everyone is so friendly. They are always concerned that you are doing well and not having discomfort. They also keep you informed and educated about procedures and ongoing dental care.
I found Dr Ruggless and his staff very professional and friendly. I had to have a crown. It was very painless and crown was perfect. From the time it was put on it never felt different from my own teeth. I would highly recommend this office
