I live in the home I grew up in and before my Mom passed away she was having the same problem. I now as the home owner have had this problem on and off for 17 years. When we would have bad storms my house takes a beating. There is a dormer on the house and where the dormer meets the roof I would get water in a upstairs cubie hole but when it was really bad not only would the cubie hole get water but it would come down through the kitchen ceiling. My project consisted of a 18' x18' deck with a gabled roof It was a large project and I made a few changes which Chris accommodated promptly. I am happy to finally have my dream deck.
Ruggiero contractors did a full renovation on my house in Woodbridge. They did a wonderful job! Chris the owner was very responsive and nice to work with. It was great workmanship!! I would recommend him to all my friends !
Called several contractors, Ruggiero got back to me within the day, and came out to to give me an estimate later in the day when I got home from work. I found his pricing affordable. he started the job before other contractors got back to me. the addition he put on my house was done before time agreed upon . Chris and his crew removed a 5000 sq. flat roof down to the sheathing. Chris advised me that there were damaged plywood that needed to be replaced. They installed a new torch down to the entire roof, very tough roof with lots of penetrations. Chris did an AWESOME job and the roof is now leak free. The Crew was there everyday and the job went smooth to the end. GREAT JOB!
Needed my bathroom redone and Chris was the only one who returned my call promptly. Chris and his crew were professional from day one. The tile job he did around the bathtub is out of this world. He was very reasonable with his price and finished the job in a timely fashion. Would I recommend him to any of my friends , Very Highly.
Ruggiero just finished rebuilding the inside of my house - from studs. We waited a while after Sandy to get things moving, but once we hired Chris it went great and it looks great. He took care of everything, I stopped by every couple of weeks, picked paint color and cabinet color - besides that he took care of the whole project. It was PAINLESS!!! Very nice to work with Chris.
Chris came and gave a free estimate. He helped me choose and order my custom made door that fit the needs for my home. Chris removed my old 8 foot rear sliding door, replaced my rotted door jam and installed the new door all in the same day. I couldn't ask for any more professionalism that Chris provided and I would use Ruggiero Contractors for all my home repair needs.
would highly recommend Ruggiero Construction for any home improvements. I called the company to have my kitchen redone and owner chris came over looked at what i had and asked what i wanted. He made a few suggestions and i took his advice. I just have to say I LOVE MY KITCHEN so much i had him back to redo my bathrooms. I have more repairs to be done on my home and i will definitely be calling them back.
