Gotta be one of the worst places to buy building supplies from. Fortunately for us the manufacturer they sale for allowed us to buy straight from them because of all the issues with the sales rep and office. They tried to charge us $1350 extra from the estimate sent and then told us they would honor the orginal and after we payed orginal sent the extra $1350 to collections. Just a horrible business!
They are always nice and work well with you. Quality wood.
