Very happy with my new floors. Rafi is very responsive and always happy to answer my questions or address any concerns. Months after initial installation, we had a slight issue but Rafi sorted it out immediately. His installers are also meticulous and do a great job. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Rafi and his team!
