They did an amazing job cleaning the rugs I bought at an auction without really inspecting them. I had no idea how filthy they were, and I had no expectations that they could ever look decent. They are gorgeous now! No stains, no odors, just beautiful rugs. The whole process was so easy and convenient. They worked with my schedule to pick up and return the rugs, which I really appreciate.
