Love this place been going there for the last 20years! Never had a disappointment with any of the girls!! Kristen is great!!

My daughter had her 1st haircut here and it was not was I was expecting. The receptionist brought us to the room where they cut kids hair and it had hair all over the floor. She said she would be right back to clean it up, but she never came back. Then the stylist walks in and doesn't clean it up either! I feel like it wasn't fun at all for my daughter who is 3. We were really looking forward to this experience, and it was just terrible. They need more experience with toddlers AND they need to clean that filthy room!
