Our dog Roo absolutely loves going to Ruffit—it’s truly her favorite place! She goes to play every day and comes home happy and tired, which says everything. The staff is amazing: kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about the dogs they care for. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. We’re so grateful to have a place like Ruffit and a team that treats Roo like one of their own!
Elphie has been going to Ruffit Oak Lawn for day play for several months now, but she just had here first overnight stay! She came home happy, tired and freshly bathed 😍 They took such great care of her and she can’t wait to go back to play!
Ruffit Oak Lawn is fabulous. Very professional always clean. I know my dog is in great care. As a bonus - wonderful groomers.
Bath appointment was great! My husky had a bath deluxe, de-shed treatment and paw shave. He looked beautiful after.
My puppy love love loves the day play! The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and more importantly the facility is clean! I also love Thai i can ask for help with anything puppy related and they're suggestions always work! #loveruffit
