DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING. I like poodles, but my dog isn't a poodle. He is a Lagotto Romagnolo (italian water dog). Came out looking like a poodle. The groomer there appears to just take the quickest way to groom, rather than the right way. They did provide a full refund, which I do appreciate. I wish I hadn't taken him there at all. Staff at the desk is incredibly nice and helpful, as is the manager.
My puppy love love loves the day play! The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and more importantly the facility is clean! I also love that i can ask for help with anything puppy related and they're suggestions always work! #loveruffit Still here and still love it! A year later and Kakashi still loves it too!
Wifey and I really do enjoy the services our fur babies recieve at Ruffit and we highly recommend Vanessa the groomer!
They did such a great job on my chihuahua/yorkie mix!
One of the best cuts my dog has ever had. She was so happy when we left so I know we will continue to go.
