If I could give less than one star I would. We brought our Shitsu to Ruffin It this past weekend and she was attacked by another dog on Saturday. When we picked her up on Sunday the staff said nothing about the attack. It wasn't until we confronted them about her injury that they said she was bit unprovoked. She is home resting after surgery. The injury was extensive. If they hide this, what else are they hiding. The owner said they give dogs two chances if they bite. Beware. Your family friend deserves better.
