From the moment I stepped in the door the staff was friendly and courteous. Everyone was kind and respectful. They listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I will definitely be returning!
Always welcoming staff when you arrive. Very courteous, questions answered easily and understandable. My son and I have been going here for several years! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Our 11-year-old with special needs loves coming to the dentist now and was sad when his usual hygienist was sick so they were going to reschedule. He was super happy when they were able to fit him in after all. He has a history of significant oral aversions-even affecting his eating- so enjoying coming to the dentist is huge for him. The title of this review was his quote when I asked him what he wanted to say about the dentist.
I absolutely love Dr. Ruffatto and the team! Dr. Ruffatto does incredible work and Patricia Barrett is the best! She is so gentle, personable and always makes me feel so comfortable during my cleanings and x-rays! Donna is also amazing always works with my schedule and finding appointments that work for me and my boys. Will never go to another dentist!
My visit today was for teeth cleaning and a check up. It was excellent. I have been a patient of Dr Ruffatto’s for twelve years and have never had a bad visit. He is personable annd always has time for any questions I may have. Kassie is my dental hygienist and I couldn’t be more happy with her. She is very thorough and very friendly. Dr Ruffatto checks all the boxes for a perfect dentist. In my opinion he is the best!!

Trish is an excellent, kind, and thorough hygentist. She always does a great job and Dr. Ruffatto is nice and caring! I've been going for years and always appreciate how well they take care of me and my teeth!
My wife and I have used Dr. Ruffatto's office since moving to Savoy a few years ago. He and his staff are always very friendly and provide excellent care.
