complete sh*t for bartenders, didnt get acknowledged or served
food was ok not enough sauce on my wings. waitress charged someone else's bill on our card and our bill so about 1oo$. she put it back on the card but it won't go back on for two days not ok. she can take it off that fast but not put it on. she spilt water on my husband's coat and rubbed it off with her apron. I asked for water instead of a pop that I said I wanted but changed my mind. I got the pop not the water. just very dissapointed!!
Servers are amazing, drinks are delicious and affordable, food is super tasty and you can tell the customers are truly appreciated!
I love Ruffs! best burgers in town hands down! service is always good--- servers are always friendly. And their fries...delightful! Ruffs is like my "Cheers"...the place where everybody knows your name!
Besides the affordable (and delicious) cocktails and food, the staff is awesome. Always upbeat and engaged with the customers. 😁👍🏻

Absolutely terrible service. Early afternoon with nobody in the place. Took 15 minutes to get 2 bloody Mary’s and a beer. Then we get the wrong bloody Mary’s. Then took almost 20 minutes to get our order taken. Once we had our food the server never once came back to check on us and ask us how our food was. I’m not even going to go in to all the details on how terrible the service. Never again will we be back.
