Absolutely wonderful place with amazing staff. I love the self service wash tubs with all you need to get the puppers clean and dry.
Great place to get your products! You know the source is real unlike ordering from amazon or other places. The biggest part of going to a retail store is how do the prices compare? And so far everything is in line with what I would normally spend. Staying price appropriate makes this place a great place to shop! Especially if you're use to high quality pet products.
I have been here quite a few time. I love the staff, so friendly. Place is clean. A variety of all treats and I love that they have treats/ food made in the USA!
Truly the best customer service with knowledgeable recommendation for nutritional needs for our fur babies. Great selection and variety to choose from.
It was our first time with our little Rudy there (we are also new to the area). The staff was very friendly and they carry Rudy's dog food, he's got a poultry allergy and his food is hard to find at your regular convenience pet stores, gave him a bath (he doesn't like it but we do 😃) Definitely will take Rudy back for baths and it definitely will be our go to place for food and treats 😄Thank you Ruff House!
Bane & I go almost every Wednesday since that's the day of the bath specials ($10!). He might not like it because he hates baths but I love it! The staff is friendly and everything is so cute and put together. I recommend this place to all my friends with dogs! �
First time here and our furbaby Heidi really loved it! So easy to wash the dog! Thank you Windy for all your help. Will definitely be back and recommend Ruff house to my friends!
Liked the ease of bathing dogs. Wish there was a location closer to home. Will use again!
