Dr Chen is a wonderful physician. When 2 cardiologists couldn’t understand why I had a heart issue, Dr. Chen took extra time to research and find the answer. I had lupus that was attacking my heart. She could have passed me off to other specialists but she took the time to find answers when no one else could. I appreciate the dedication that she has for her patients. If there is the choice of minus star I would select that one. After more than one month my specialist did receive her referral letter, I had to go to her office to pick it up. She dropped me as her patient because I complained about it.
I have been a patient of Dr. Chen's for several years and she is a great doctor. She is so attentive, you never feel rushed and she really listens to you so she can figure out your issue. She is very compassionate helpful. Booking an appointment is always so easy and if you need to see her right away they always try to work you in. I would recommend Dr. Chen to anyone.
