Dr. Chen is a very professional doctor with a great heart.

Dr. Chen always listens and never rushes through appt. That is why I did not mind that her appts were running late. I had the last appt before lunch hour. She is very compassionate with patients
Dr. R. Chen is an excellent physician. She listens to patients and explains her treatment plan patiently. She treats patients very friendly. Whenever there were Issues In lab results, she will warn me through message or even phone call. I have rarely had such a good luck to be taken care of by such a good-hearted doctor.
My wife and I have been her patience for many years. She has help us through some very bad health and mental concerns. Without her judgment and advise my life would have been very hard to get through.
I feel that the care provider takes me as a good friend.
