The service and responsiveness from the Council Bluffs location may be the worst we have ever received from what has appeared at one time or another to be a reputable repair shop. I have never felt the need to post a public review, but this place set the bar that low. We spent several thousand dollars on our telehandler forklift only to have our seals continue to fail.
