I love the JCB teleskid idea. Was ready to write the check but unfortunately the sales team has disappeared twice and won't return calls or texts. If the service department is as bad as the sales department I may not want one anyway so maybe its a good thing they don't communicate. Really too bad because I wanted one but will have to go with another brand. I don't recommend even starting to deal here.
The service and responsiveness from the Council Bluffs location may be the worst we have ever received from what has appeared at one time or another to be a reputable repair shop. I have never felt the need to post a public review, but this place set the bar that low. We spent several thousand dollars on our telehandler forklift only to have our seals continue to fail.
