All around excellent company! The gentleman they sent out was very knowledgeable, helpful, and a true professional. They were on time, and worked hard to accomplish a difficult task. Don't even think about calling anyone else for all your concrete needs. These guys are the BEST!
Luckily, I never got past their incredibly poor customer service on the phone. Every person I talked to was worst than the last! So far they have one bad review here and then the company posted two good reviews about themselves. Ha! Not very clever. I'm going to move on to another company.
Don't waste your time calling these people for any jobs. Their work is very bad. They are unprofessional, and they don't seem to have an answer or care to satisfy the customer. You will get a lot less than what you pay for. If you want your concrete well done, don't call them.
