I’m very disappointed with this diesel repair shop. I spent $5,200 on repairs, and less than a month later my truck had the exact same problem again. I trusted them to properly diagnose and fix the issue, but clearly the repair did not solve anything. For the amount of money charged, I expected professional work and lasting results. Instead, I lost time, money, and confidence in their service. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
I took a drive shaft to be repaired as this is not our specialty, workmanship was horrible with poor welds and it was severely unbalanced. This shop lacks this type of specialty equipment to perform this type of work. I took this back twice and the issue was not resolved. This repair is dangerous and can cause sever damage and even death. I had a second opinion performed with a optical alignment system and it was confirmed to be unbalanced. Hello People….. They work too fast at this place that they forgotten to tighten the nuts on the U bolts on my steer axxle….. if you decide to do the job of your truck in this place make sure to check everything before you leave…. After I pick up the truck I noticed that they used short u bolts so I came back and they put the right ones but like I said it before the forgotten to tighten the nuts…. Have gotten alot of work done here on two of our trucks. The work was completed to our specifications and the costs was more affordable than other locations. They know how to work on every part of the truck we needed repaired and other parts we will maintenance in the future.
