I called on Monday asking questions about some parts I was having a hard time tracking down. Rudy answered my questions, explained his perspective and had the parts I couldn't find at my door the next morning. Rudy is a stand up guy. No BS here. He is forthright and upfront with what he has and what he needs. Had a great transaction with him. Will definitely be following his shop.
It's hard to find a business, that's in the business of selling, that'll give it to you straight up, even when it means they won't be selling you something they have. I called Rudy, thinking that I had researched, and thought thru my wants and needs. After about 5 minutes of talking to Rudy, I realized that age had fogged my memories, and Rudy has jarred me around enough to re-evaluate what I really needed to look for.
