I've never dealt with a company that puts customer service so high. Every time I've had Uttke do work on our house I've felt like I was the only customer on their mind. I can honestly say I wouldn't want anyone else to work on my house.
My AC went out the night before temperatures were expected to reach nearly 100°. Jen answered the after-hours line, listened to my concerns, and initially scheduled me for a later appointment the next day. Before we even finalized everything, she asked if it would be okay to call me back. After researching HVAC systems for years and getting estimates from four other contractors (including an independent HVAC technician), I chose Uttke Heating & Cooling to replace my old furnace and install central air conditioning—and I'm glad I did. Talk about top line customer service! We contacted Uttke a month ago to come take a look at our plumbing challenges. They didn’t force an unnecessary sale and always provided thorough explanations. We decided to get a new hot water heater installed to see if that eliminated our problems (it has!) but when we ran into a few odd issues post install they were out the next day to resolve! It’s nice to find a trusted service provider that goes out of their way to help their customers!
