Tyler did a great job installing our new furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation went smoothly, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. We really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. One of the coldest weekends of the winter season, our furnace stopped working early Sunday morning. Called Uttke, had someone out within a couple of hours, and had our furnace replaced a couple of days later. I called Uttke to replace an attic furnace unit, after another HVAC contractor from Grafton, WI installed a unit that did not provide sufficient heat. My experience with Uttke was excellent, and my wife even commented on how the installers (Noah and Tristan) were polite, careful, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Summary: 1. Uttke Heating + Cooling just installed our new furnace and AC last week. We shopped around prior and Uttke had the best prices (and great customer service; I know very little about HVAC and TJ at Uttke answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel silly). Day of the installation: the crew came on time, superrrr respectful and communicative. Very pleased with our experience.
