Let’s start this off with that Uttke does it right. I had issues with my AC unit lines freezing up. I sent a request through there website at 1am on Sunday. By the time I woke up I had already had a response from Jen Uttke (6:08am). Had the technician out to check out the issue next day. Having 30 year old unit I wasn’t expecting any miracles. Tyler was my technician today. He was prompt, friendly, & helpful. No judgement or pushy upselling. This was my second visit from Uttke. Last fall for heating & now for AC. I would recommend them 100% and will be staying as one of their customers for a long time.

I've never dealt with a company that puts customer service so high. Every time I've had Uttke do work on our house I've felt like I was the only customer on their mind. I can honestly say I wouldn't want anyone else to work on my house.

My AC went out the night before temperatures were expected to reach nearly 100°. Jen answered the after-hours line, listened to my concerns, and initially scheduled me for a later appointment the next day. Before we even finalized everything, she asked if it would be okay to call me back. Less than 10 minutes later, she called to let me know she had rearranged the schedule so they could get someone to my house first thing Monday morning, before the heat really set in.
