I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rudo Mashindi and her amazing staff. They were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which saved me from having to go to urgent care. Dr. Mashindi was very thorough during my visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr Rudo Mashindi has been good. Listens & communicats well, good follow up and terrific support staff including nurse practitioner. Never felt rushed. I like the convenient location too. It doesn't take forever to get an appointment. I'm glad I found her after my former doc went "concierge ".
Not too happy, went in for severe lower abdomen pain. Gave me a shot that didn’t help and sent me away for an ultrasound TWO hours after the 1st appt. I got the ultrasound done (the worker doing it said multiple times it appears to an ovarian cyst that bursted) so I wait 1.5 hours to check on results (they said max an hour wait and I had to call in order to get the results) and she just says it’s an ectopic pregnancy which I knew was not true.. so she had me drive all the way back for a pregnancy test which I shouldn’t have ... read more
