I could never get a hold of anybody, for a while now...same answering machine, with the message that the memory is full
I couldn't tell you one helpful thing that they did. All of the information I needed for immigrations, I was given at appointments. All of my most helpful information was given to me by outside sources. This office is almost impossible to get a hold of, I have waited a week and a half at a time for an email response about timely matters.
