i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind storm that came through my neighborhood a while back. i fared pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up instead. i was told the roof was ok except for the blown off shingles. he didn't have the type or color of shingles i required, but said he would return at a later time. Ruddy and Jakes communication was so prompt and professional! Their crew was efficient and took all the extra steps to ensure the job was high quality and safe. Their estimate was one of the best we could find, but hands down the main reason I chose this company is their 1st rate customer communication. Their company integrity and not taking shortcuts is to be commended. I can’t recommend this company enough.
We just had a water leak inside our home after the last rain storm, Frank "Ruddy" and his son both arrived to take a closer look. They informed me the roof was still in great condition and should last me another ten years (unless we get slammed by hail). I contacted Ruddy's Roofing after a roofing company knocked on my door wanting to check my roof for damage from a hail storm I have no knowledge of ever hitting my neighborhood. They reported damage significant enough to justify replacing the roof and wanted to get on the phone with me and my insurance company to talk through a claim.
