Good service , good food , good location. A must try if in Morehead City.
Always consistent, always lovely, waitress was awesome and the drinks and view, SUPERB! One of my favorite places in MHC! Fans for LIFE!

Went there last night for my first time. Place was very busy but the wait was not as long as I thought it was going to be with so many people. We went to the back dock and had a beer while waiting to be seated before we finished our beer our seat was ready!! I had the jumbalya and it was awesome. Wait staff was wonderful, nice, happy and helpful.
The food was average....service poor and very noisy....won't go back during tourist season.
Best place to eat in Morehead City...Food is excellent and wait staff superb! Golden mermaid over bar is icing on the proverbial cake....
Best place in Morehead to eat... Would give 10 stars if I could... Fish tacos are AWESOME and Capt Benny Burger was AWESOME as well... Great atmosphere and waiter was excellent. Wait was minimal.
Great service and food. We had just left a restaurant down the street because we waited 15 minutes and were never approached by a server. Our server at the Ruddy Duck came to our table within 2 minutes for our drink order. I got a salad and fish sandwich w/fries. Excellent. My wife got a seafood combo plate and loved it. Food was fresh and hot. Service was wonderful and we had a table on the water.
