I'd heard wonderful things about Ruddick/Wood so I brought my friend there for lunch to celebrate her birthday. We shared the Beet & Bacon Sandwich and a Roasted Chicken & Chicory Salad. Both were delicious and the portions perfect! We found the staff to be polite and the service prompt. We left happy and satisfied. I look forward trying them for dinner soon!
Great, creative menu - amazing homemade bread - cool food staff (and they treat their team well - providing health insurance, makes it nicer knowing that...)
Very tasty
Great service, food and atmosphere. From the online photos I thought it might be too casual, small and run of the mill but it was well designed, great feel, welcoming. It also had the wonderful smell of a wood cooking oven. Food was local and uniquely prepared.
Less than one star if I could. Waiter came back maybe once, went without any drinks/water for an extended period of time. Food was dry with lettuce on the side. Just lettuce. As a my side salad. Waiter also didn’t know what draft beer was on tap and said we could look on the chalk board...which was in a different room than that in which we were seated...oh and didn’t have beer listed on it. Don’t event waste your time & money.
Great food - staff know their job and the menu, friendly people and a very trendy place. I would totally go back again! 👍🏻
Really cute rustic restaurant in Newberg. We had a delicious Mother's Day Brunch and it was reasonably priced. It was nice to get out of Portland.
Brunch was wonderful! Great atmosphere and while I was there, Looked over the dinner menu and plan on returning for dinner at some point!
