Unreliable Scheduling I scheduled a service with Rudd Brothers, LLC and they canceled last minute—twice. No proper explanation or apology. Completely threw off my plans. Very unprofessional.
Poor Workmanship The work they did looked decent at first, but within a few weeks, things started falling apart. Sloppy execution and clear lack of attention to detail. I expected much better for the price I paid.
Rudd Brothers recently remodeled my kitchen, and I'm thrilled with the result! I could write pages about the project but I'll try to keep it brief so maybe a couple of readers will actually make it to the end of my review (lol). Mickey & his demo team, drywall guy, painters, electrician & handyman did a great job on our kitchen & bathrooms remodel. Mickey worked well with our stone installers so the areas were ready upon their arrival. We changed a few things mid remodel & he was patient & kind & never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Everything was done in a timely manner & we couldn't have been more pleased. Master suite and bath completely renovated for ada compliance. Really great job. Removed garden tub, replaced shower with roll in shower, vanity area made wheel chair accessible. Great job on bedroom floor tile and all painting. Phenomenal tile work. Met budget. Highly recommend Rudd brothers for great work , good communication and timely completion. All of his subcontractor crews conscientious, courteous and competent.
