Had a virtual "appointment" with Dr. Shane Ruckle on Teladoc who was the absolute worst doctor I have ever encountered. Spent 5 minutes telling him my symptoms for him to tell me complete lies and false statements about my condition that I knew were untrue. Then he says he is going to prescribe me pain medication which is all I wanted in the first place I never once asked for his lies. I took my son to Baptist emergency room a few nights ago. Sadly for us this pathetic excuse for a Dr saw my son. He did nothing to help. He didn’t order the appropriate tests for my son’s condition. He didn’t follow cleanliness protocols. He didn’t order crucial tests my son needed! Shame on Baptist Hospital for allowing him to continue to practice here putting innocent souls at risk. He should be stripped of all licenses and ridden out of town on a rail. Never again will I use this ER and I highly recommend you avoid it. Ma... read more
