This is the BEST tire company! They are FAST, PROFESSIONAL, KNOW THEIR TIRES. They told me I had the wrong size tires on my truck. They were RIGHT, what a difference it made. They have been in business over fifty years and this is Why! BOB M. LONGMEADOW.

The best thing about this place is no BS the price they tell you is the price it's going to be. No extra charges for mounting balancing valve stem's nothing like that they get it done in there the best
Great experience call they had the tires in stock best price around. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable for places I could go to get an alignment I would recommend going to them my experience was a lot better than I had expected it to be would recommend them in a heartbeat to anybody

Worst place to ever get a tire, called ahead of time to make sure they had the tire. They had the tire so I told them I'm coming now to pick it up they said ok. I got there and they act like I didn't just talk to them on the phone, long story short I sat there for a hour and a half to just get one tire and never got it cuz I would of had to wait longer, if u don't have 2 hours to spare to get just one tire then this is not the place for you
Everyone is friendly and professional. Today it took less than half an hour for tire rotation. I always recommend Rucki's!

Rucki and Son is the only place to purchase anything to do with tires. The customer service is superb and the prices are right on! No need to seek out any other Pioneer Valley or Northern Connecticut tire store and not so personal website when there's the friendly and knowledgeable folks at Rucki and Son Tire Co. in the conveniently located Paper City.
