We had the Ribeye's and they were absolutly perfect, The service was excellent and we'll be back!

Best service Ive gotten in stephenville and probably the best service I've ever gotten. Chase took care of us and made us feel a home. Recommended great food and didn't rush us even though we did come in an hour before close. Definitely coming back in the future.

Ruby's is indeed a great, and frankly unexpected, find. I was fortunate to meet Ruby herself, who accommodated my vegan request quite nicely. Haylee, the great bartender recommended great beers from their ample selection, including a great milk stout pairing for my amazing, decidedly not-vegan, brownie dessert. The decor is sophisticated and atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The dishes that passed by me were beautifully plated and very tempting.
