One of the best rib-eye 🥩 steaks I’ve had

Good food and great service
A few tables on the sidewalk. We were traveling with our dog, she was welcomed and fussed over. Service was friendly and attentive although we were the only ones outside and she had tables to cover inside as well. We will definitely go back when driving thru Stephenville.
Great margaritas, food and atmosphere. Our waiter was super attentive too.
We love Ruby's! Best steak and their cocktails and beers are great! nice variety and the staff are so friendly! Burgers are also wonderful and the kids always have a great time!!

I was blessed with the opportunity to visit this place last night and I couldn't be more satisfied. I think it was Ruby herself that served me and I admired her hard work and knowledge. I had the wings with the great sauces on the side and the Chicken Fried Steak with the mashed potatoes, and of course, with gravy. PERFECT. Literally a 9.75 out of 10. Being the new manager of Leland's of Stephenville and fairly new to town, this is my new go-to spot. Thanks Ruby's Texas Bistro.
this place is my favorite spot in the Ville! Great bartenders they always exceed expectations!! La Fin Du Monde is the best choice anytime!!
