Great diner, good vibes, reasonably priced.
Breakfast Burritos could be easily improved by a bit more eggs, and less deep fried hash brown chunks. Drop coffee great! I love the cute garden patio and dog friendly vibe.
Poor execution. I have eaten at Ruby's twice. First visit I ordered the Wendy Burrito. It was very dry; literally hard to swallow. Second visit I ordered the Veggie Steak sandwich and fries. The flavor of the Veggie Steak was excellent, however the baguette was a soggy unappealing mess. It would have been delicious if the baguette was thoroughly toasted. Great food, good selection for all diets. I should have taken a picture of my food but.. we ate it sooo fast. I did capture my affogato (not on their menu but they accommodated my request 🥰. Lovely morning to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast. We stop here every time we drive past Ashland.
