Excellent food, prices and service! We love this location, we wish they were open later but nonetheless we love it here. Their charro beans, birria, sopes, tortillas, aqua frescas….so good! 😊
Not worth my time or money. Ruby's prioritizes Door Dash drivers over walk in customers. As a consequence of this choice our food came out nearly cold with a texture that was not appetizing at all. I will not be returning to this or any Ruby's in Tyler. I hear rave reviews about these shops and I just don't get it. The foor is mediocre, or worse cold, and they care more about doordash than they do actual walk in customers. i’m so disappointed. Ruby has always been one of my favorites because they were homemade and pretty authentic and today my order had prepackaged hot sauce in it. and it did not taste the same their green sauce I could eat on everything 😭 I’m super happy for their success and super sad about the changes as a result of that success. I’m looking for a new hole in the wall homemade Mexican food restaurant.
