Ruby's has become our go-to food truck whenever we're craving authentic Mexican food. We come back regularly for the birria tacos, and they never disappoint. I went to the food truck in Athens Tx , Service was great , Food was delicious, It was Fast to I talked to both the young man and cook Both Really sweet. Better than most tyler location
