I was a little disappointed with my meal at Ms. Ruby's Kitchen. We drove all the way from Chicago to eat at the restaurant. Next time when we are coming to Toledo, we will make sure that we don't visit the restaurant after it has had a long holiday hiatus or an hour and half before closing. That way we won't have an oxtail or collard green situation. We will call ahead.
