I needed a special customize 40th anniversary ring for my wife and Robert designed it with very thoughtful creativity. It was all done, timely, and a lot more affordable than other places.
This is the second time I've come to Ruby's jewelry shop for jewelry repair. Both times the owner has done a superb job. This last time I brought in a gents ring which is large thick white gold for resizing. He resized the ring near perfectly as one can do it.!! While this sounds relatively easy it is technically difficult. I was extremely impressed. I will be using Ruby's jewelry shop in the future for all my jewelry maintenance and repair and recommend him to anyone who needs jewelry repair.
