Ruby has been my excellent hair stylist for years and is the best at what she does. She listens to what her customer requests and doesn’t dismiss your ideas. She is skilled and efficient in her work, and never once have I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. Since her salon is in a large mall, there is always someplace to park so that is never an issue that would make you late to your appointment. Communication is easy and she is very responsive to messages. Ruby is both a professional and a delightful person.

Absolutely fantastic service. Love the attention to detail and the care she provides. I feel like my questions are being answered and understood very thoroughly ! I am definitely going to recommend my friends to check her out.
Had positive experiences with cuts for my daughter with Ruby. I made an appointment for hair color and arrived 10 minutes late due to parking and was refused service. When I arrived she was on the phone so I waited for five minutes while she wrapped up the call. After the call she accused me of being 15 minutes late and said she had called her next client and no longer had time for me. Not even an offer to reschedule.
