I have had multiple bad encounters at this location, however as this is the only restaurant open currently in this center we have continued to return here for food. After tonight's encounter though, neither I, nor anyone I work with will EVER again... and I will be sure to get the word out to the community as well. I want it to be clear, even with all the awful service and experiences here, this one star review is ENTIRELY 100% for ASHLEY, who was appallingly rude in a hugely inappropriate manner. This is my favorite Ruby's. Beautiful lake view. Close to shopping and a reasonably priced movie theater. Hardly ever any wait. My daughter likes to go there just for a shake and garlic fries.

Very family friendly. Love that they have gluten free buns for the burgers. Our waitress the other night seemed a little frazzled. Things were slow and we had to ask a few times, but the food hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but tasty
Had a mix up on my kids meal order but Elliott was able to get corrected with a small delay. Didn't matter as my two year loved my meal better and ate mine instead. "Great Service Elliott"!!
Great view of the waterfront, and excellent food! Loved the Turkey Cobb burger. Mmmmmm!!���
