RecommendedRuby’s has been a tradition of ours for several years. It’s a big disappointment when we don’t have time to stop in when we fly through IAH. Good food and service. Really good burgers and coffee.

Service was good but burrito was ordered with sausage and then said sausage was raw! Waiter informed me as well as the Manager that it was ok since the sausage had bacon in it, Raw pork is NOT ok even if it were bacon and by raw I mean blood red in the center of the pieces. A usual stop in my travels back from outside of country but I will pass by for the lack of concern of management. Sorry
