Very slow and then also unfriendly service. Ruined an otherwise ok burger. Insolent behavior of the service and no help offered from the manager yesterday at approx 2PM
The "idea'' of an all american hot dog made me salivate, sounded delicious...I ate less than 1/2 and said to myself, "why am i eating this?" staff was polite, the manager, even better...asked what could have been done, where did we go wrong? they did comp the dog...$11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! names? i forget, but the attittude was very professional. @ IAH.
Loved the atmosphere, it was my first time at Ruby's, and I really like the guacamole hamburger, to much salt on the fries for my taste. Our server was very attentive to our need he made the experience even better
