This is the WORST dry cleaner I have ever seen. The first time I took clothes there they lost 2 items and pressed a pair of silk pants incorrectly and ruined them. They showed no concerned and offered no compensation at all. I didn't frequent them for 3 years. This past week I tried them again. Horrible dry cleaning sercive – I have never given a review on any of these sites but I had to warn people. I gave Ruby's three strikes and now I am extremely upset and disappointed. I wanted to use Ruby's since it is right next to my daily coffee fix and the connivence was unbeatable. First, they managed to get white marks all over my grey sweater (almost looked like bleach). Lousy cleaners – Rarely do I visit this dry cleaner and do so on occasion because there are no other shops close to my home. The cleaning is often poorly done, the service is very slow. It sometimes takes forever to find an order when you go to pick up. Often clothes are not ready when pick up day arrives. I feel they take on more thsn they can handle.
