I went to this hair salon on a Sunday, mind you they had their "we're open" sign. The lady decided to take me in and cut my hair. The lady who cut my hair was an elder lady. I suffer from dandruff and overall my hair is very thick/coarse. She was commenting on my dandruff and I politely asked her for a shorter length. She said NO because I have a big head.
