Wow!!! What a horrible and rude staff!!! While i heard so much about so called service! When it actually comes to serving and talking to customer, the staff over the phone was extremely rude and basically lacked basic customer service manners! Shame!

Fabulous atmosphere, peaceful and relaxing setting. They offer a wide range of treatments from waxing to spray tans. Over the years, all the staff I have seen are fantastic and I wouldn’t trust anywhere else for my eyebrows!

A little slice of me-time paradise. The Greek-inspired décor and calming, vacation-style ambiance instantly put you at ease. As someone new to beauty treatments, it can often feel overwhelming and like stepping into a whole new world—but not here. Deb takes the time to clearly explain each treatment, its purpose, and benefits, and happily answers all my (many!) questions along the way. Highly recommend The Ruby Room team for their care, knowledge, and welcoming approach.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ruby Room Hornsby. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. My consultant, Riley, was unfriendly and showed no interest in making me feel comfortable. Worse, she openly discussed my skin concerns in the reception area, which was completely unprofessional and a violation of my privacy.
