I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ruby Room Hornsby. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. My consultant, Riley, was unfriendly and showed no interest in making me feel comfortable. I recently had the most incredible facial at Ruby Room in Hornsby, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jemma took such great care of me from start to finish, beginning with a peel that left my skin feeling instantly refreshed. The LED light treatment was soothing, and it really felt like it was working deep beneath the surface. The sheet mask was pure luxury, but the highlight for me was the massage—absolutely amazing!
