Updated review. Did get a call and a text to call back. Did respond to the text. Still my review stands on 2 stars, Not impressed with Dr Gull and his behavior. I’m a complicated case with spending more times in hospitals and ent offices for my ears from the time I was 3 months to 12 having more ear surgeries than I can count. I was given an emergency appointment for the next day I’m satisfied with the response and am going to change to would recommend them hopefully they can treat my condition
Have been coming here for a few years and Jared and the staff are amazing. I’m a complex ear patient but saw Dr Gull for the first time Monday and I don’t think he was listening as he repeated questions and after seeing my CT and the inflammation and knowing I’ve had a ear issue for over a month and in a lot of pain still from the pressure he refuses to fix the sinuses and do tubes and want me to wait 2 more months in pain. Took my daughter in with a broken nose, paid out of pocket to never see the actual doctor only his assistant who provided horror stories “using so much force picking up a patient off the table by her nose, and into the wall” and scared my child. Gave us a time frame that wouldn't work. Never reset her nose, after 5 weeks now it is considered “cosmetic” although it obstructs her airway.
