Took my daughter in with a broken nose, paid out of pocket to never see the actual doctor only his assistant who provided horror stories “using so much force picking up a patient off the table by her nose, and into the wall” and scared my child. Gave us a time frame that wouldn't work. Never reset her nose, after 5 weeks now it is considered “cosmetic” although it obstructs her airway. My son got a piece of rubber stuck in his ear late at night. I Took him to the emergency room at the hospital. After two hours of trying and a lot of pain they were still unable to get it out of his ear. We called Ruby Valley ENT First thing this morning. They were fully booked but Got us an appointment scheduled anyway. Amazing staff and the doctor spent 10 minutes to get the object out of his ear. Very grateful for this office. Thank you Ruby Valley ENT!!!!
