I went in at 6:03 and did not get my food in till 7:00 and win I got my food it was cold
Took almost 2 hours to get out of this place, the service was bad and the food was cold
Jalen, who was in charge of the Salad Bar was EXCELLENT. The salad bar was clean and full. Jalen was very friendly. A great asset to the restaurant.
My sister and I enjoyed a delicious dinner tonight and everything was perfect. Our server, Julianne, is without a doubt one of the friendliest servers we have ever had at any restaurant. She was very courteous and attentive. Jaylen kept the salad bar completely filled with fresh foods. He seems to be a very happy worker and is also very friendly. Keep up the good job, Ruby Tuesday's! We look forward to our next visit with you.
