We had a last minute birthday celebration with a party of 12. They only had 1 server working that shift (week day). The manager, Joel did not hesitate to accommodate us. The bartender, Lesia waited on us WHILE attending to the bar. The staff even offered to put the birthday cake in their refrigerator while we ate and celebrated our loved one special day! The food was very good and the service that we received was awesome! I highly recommend this location for your future celebrations!
Accommodated 12 of us while being short staff. Joel was badass manager on duty and the server started with an L, she was pleasant, forgive me for not remembering name! Some more well trained staff & I think this place could be better! Had a good time overall!
Stay away! Im new to Elizabeth city from Virginia beach and I thought a day w the kid may help w the transition, but this place ruined my whole day. Had my daughter asking why they cant cook in Elizabeth city. I got the rib trio, she got the Philly and we shared moz and artichoke dip. The dip came out and was served w stale chips and topped w burnt cheese. The moz were generic resteraunt depot frozen crap. The Philly was soggy and salty.
