this is one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i don’t usually review but i think this deserved one. this was the worst customer service ever… and i was really disappointed because i just moved to the area and my mom was so excited about seeing a ruby tuesday while visiting. on Feb 28th 2026 i try taking her to lunch / dinner. it was around 3pm. just to have all the servers, staff, and people at the bar look at us but not seat us. i looked at the sign multiple times just to make sure it really said “please wait to be ... read more
AWESOME food
Went there Thursday after a doctor's appointment they did not open the door until 11:15. Two employees still hadn't gotten there. They let me in I went and got my salad bar and people were standing outside the door because the door was still locked. It was total chaos. Some of the food was from the day before cucumbers was soft just really bad. Table was sticky place was just dirty. I will not be going back.
There is zero management at this place. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else but here.
I went in at 6:03 and did not get my food in till 7:00 and win I got my food it was cold
